I was really frustrated with how the staff handled my request. When I needed to add my child to the room, the desk guy was rude and insisted on a $20 charge for just a few hours-totally unreasonable!

I thoroughly enjoyed comfortable and perfect location of this property.
By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Bangor, had much fun and met knowledgeable and useful staff at check-out. I was upgraded to a well-organised double room with nice recliner. This hotel was great value.

I had a great stay over New Year's! The location was perfect-so close to attractions and dining options. The staff was super friendly and cute, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious and clean, which allowed for a cozy night in. Plus, I really enjoyed the grab-and-go breakfast options-they were convenient for my busy mornings!
There were a few hiccups. The coffee wasn’t the best, really could use an upgrade. there was a slight delay in getting my requests handled, which was a bit frustrating. it was a solid experience, but there’s room for improvement!

Clean room, comfortable stay, with a great bagged breakfast including fresh coffee and snacks like granola bars, making it ideal for a quick getaway near the airport.
